Service Description
Deceased pet pick up available. Price is determined by weight of your pet. Price includes pickup services within a 30 mile radius of our location. Travel beyond our service radius may include an extra fee, with a limit of 50 miles.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy At Ideal Pet Grooming, your time—and your pet’s comfort—matter to us. To provide the best service for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. For mobile grooming, if we arrive and are unable to groom your pet due to no access or pet unavailability, a $50 trip fee will apply. We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. This policy helps us respect the time of our groomers and other clients waiting for appointments.
