5 hour stay to play with other friends. We do not service the following dog breeds: Pitbull Pit Bull Tier Mix Akita Alaskan Malamute Doberman King Cane Corso All dogs must have Rabies & Bordetella vaccinations prior to being accepted for a stay.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy At Ideal Pet Grooming, your time—and your pet’s comfort—matter to us. To provide the best service for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. For mobile grooming, if we arrive and are unable to groom your pet due to no access or pet unavailability, a $50 trip fee will apply. We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. This policy helps us respect the time of our groomers and other clients waiting for appointments. Thank you for your understanding and support!
