Service Description
Gently removes tough tangles with care. Includes a soothing bath and full haircut to leave your pup clean, comfy, and mat-free. Includes: Shampoo and Conditioner, ear cleaning, nail cutting and grinding anal gland expression and a fragrance when done. Your dog will be evaluated for the severity of the matting and the cost will be discussed prior to rendering services. We do not service the following dog breeds: - Pitbull - Pit Bull Tier Mix - Akita - Alaskan Malamute - Doberman - King Cane Corso - Chow Service duration varies with dog’s temperament and schedule. All dogs must have Rabies vaccination prior to being serviced.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy At Ideal Pet Grooming, your time—and your pet’s comfort—matter to us. To provide the best service for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. For mobile grooming, if we arrive and are unable to groom your pet due to no access or pet unavailability, a $50 trip fee will apply. We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. This policy helps us respect the time of our groomers and other clients waiting for appointments.
